Outdoor Education Services

Let us support your school outdoor education program, providing a range solutions to meet your needs.

How we can help

01: Guide Support

Engage us to provide outdoor guides for your activity. Our guides work on your operation under your direction, while operating under our insurance and governance.

02: Activity Management

Engage us to completely manage an outdoor education activity on your behalf. We collaboratively manage all elements of the operation, including planning, logistics, risk management, staffing, and execution.

How we excel

Excellence in compliance

Our governance and processes are built to support your stringent risk management, child safety, and compliance requirements.

Child safety

Our organisation has a deep commitment to child safety. All of our guides hold current working with vulnerable people registration, national police checks, and operate under our comprehensive child safety framework.

We have opted to follow the highest child safety standards existing under legislation. This includes voluntarily mandating our staff to report child safety concerns and voluntarily adhering to the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Act 2023 (Tas).

We also maintain an internal child safety officer, externally qualified in child protection. This officeholder is responsible for leading our organisational child safety practices and providing advice and guidance to staff when responding to child safety concerns. Learn more about our child safety framework by emailing [email protected].

Safety and risk management

We’re all about managing risk and keeping students safe. Our comprehensive governance sets out our processes for assessing activities and treating risk. We also maintain advanced, industry leading emergency response guidelines developed by emergency professionals.

Public liability insurance

We’re fully insured for all activities we undertake, to a limit of 10 million AUD.

On-call paramedic consult

Our field teams have around the clock access to a paramedic for first aid consults, even in the most remote wilderness environments of Australia.

Incident management team

Our leadership team transitions to an incident management team when emergencies occur. We liaise with emergency services and our clients to coordinate an effective and timely response to incidents.
